This is an agreement between On Experiences S.R.L., a tourism company based in La Paz, Bolivia, whose legally registered under the taxpayer name: Onexp S.R.L., and the company ID number 374906020, and addressed at El Prado, Avenida 16 de Julio, 1800, Edificio Cosmos, Piso 7, Oficina 2 (“we”, “us”, and “our”) the owner and operator of www.onex.travel, the website that allows its visitors to securely book tour services in all destinations listed, and you as a user of the website.
“Account” means the individual account created by the Member at time of registration at the Website. “You” means the user of the website or mobile application. “User” means any person or entity navigating on the website or through any mobile application. “Member” means any User having an Account after her or his application to join has been fully completed and approved. “Services” means all the market place services offered through the website and mobile applications. “Website” means the website currently located at www.onex.travel “Traveler” means any registered member, including her or his companions, that has purchased services through the website or mobile applications. “Tour Services” means all products and services offered at the Website, that include and are not limited to tours, transportation and accommodation. “Service Provider” means any legally registered company in charge of all or part of a tour/travel service. “Brand” means any company legally registered and featured as a brand of On Experiences S.R.L., on the Website.
The Website shows a wide range of travel experiences or services designed by our team of experts. On Experiences also offers the following Services to Users:
All Tour Services shown in the Website will detail a list of included items for each service in the Overview Section.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, travelers who decide to book a tour, will receive a PDF with a list of inclusions, itinerary, things to bring, and other special notes. However, after booking, an email will be sent to you with general details of the purchased service. It will include a link to the tour where you can access all its details.

It is your responsibility to read the details of the tour you are purchasing. Additionally, our staff will do their best to provide you with the most accurate and reliable information regarding destinations, tours, activities, and more.
Each tour describes a minimum age for all participants. All travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or in lieu of a legal guardian, by an escort over the age of 18, appointed by their legal guardian.
Most of our Tour Services have no limitations for upper ages. However, we remind you to pay attention to the Tour Details as some of our Tour Services may be physically demanding and, you must ensure that you are suitably fit to allow full participation. We are able to provide you with some advice about health requirements, however, our knowledge is limited to our own experience and must not be taken over professional medical advice.
Though our guides are trained on first aids, they are not qualified nurses or doctors, therefore the medical attention they will provide in case of an accident is limited to first aid, and the medical supplies available are limited to palliatives. In case of emergency (injuries or illness), you allow us, at your cost, arrange or supply medical treatment, evacuation or any other emergency services needed or appropriate for your safety and well-being. All costs will be covered by you, and additionally a receipt will be issued which you may use to claim its amount back from your insurance company.
While we endeavor to operate all trips as described, we reserve the right to change the trip itinerary. We will do our best to provide you with the most recent updates to your itinerary.
Before departure: If we make a major change we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before departure. The definition of a major change is deemed to be a change affecting at least one day of all in your itinerary. When a major change is made you may choose between accepting the change obtaining a refund of money paid on the land portion of the trip only or accepting an alternative tour offered.
After departure: We reserve the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside of our control. In such emergency circumstances the additional cost of any necessary itinerary alterations will be covered by you. Please note we are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of the change of itineraries such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.
As we use service providers for some our services, we act as payment processor and do daily deposits to our providers. Therefore, we are not liable for any refunds which may be due to you. For all queries relating to refunds, we will send all information related to our service provider so that you can arrange a refund. Please note that some refunds may be subject to individual contracts between you and our service provider. In case we were direct providers for the service a refund will be issued to you according to the tour details and other statements of this document.
If for any reason, you decide to cancel your participation or need to change the date of the trip for which you signed up, or not show up on time for the tour, a cancellation fine will be deducted from your payment for the trip as follows:
The day of the tour = 0% de reimburse
24 Hrs before the tour = 25% de reimburse
48 Hrs before the tour = 50% de reimburse
72 Hrs before the tour = 75% de reimburse
More than 72 Hrs before the tour = 95% de reimburse
IMPORTANT: We could retain 25% of payments made by credit or debit card due to non-refundable taxes and bank commissions.
For each change on the date of the tour, we will charge a penalty of BOB 50 per person.
Care of equipment such as computers, cameras, cellphones, etc., are entire responsible of its owners.
All brand names, product and service names and titles used on this web site are trade marks and trade names of their respective owners. No permission is given by On Experiences S.R.L., for their use by any person accessing this web site and such use may constitute an infringement of the relevant owner’s rights. The designs, text, graphics, photographs and illustrations on this web site and the layout of the website are subject to copyright, trade mark rights, data base rights and other intellectual property rights. Any person accessing this web site is authorised to electronically copy or print portions of this site for his/her own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use whatsoever of material on this web site shall be subject to the prior written consent of On Experiences S.R.L., and any unauthorized use is prohibited and will constitute a breach of these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right at any time to cancel your Account if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use. If we do cancel your Account, you will no longer have any access any of the information associated with your Account or the Content submitted through your Account. Although we are not under any obligation so to do, we reserve the right to perform timely and unilateral controls, at our discretion or at the request of third parties in order to check that users respect all the provisions of these Terms of Use including the contractual documents that supplement and/or modify them. You may also terminate your Account at any time, however termination of your Account will not relieve you from any outstanding obligations regarding any travel package order you may currently have in progress with our Service Providers or Brands.
