Day 1Around La Paz
The tour starts at 14:00 Hrs. at San Francisco church, then we will visit Murillo square, the main square of La Paz where we will observe the Governmental Palace, the Congress, the Cathedral and other interesting buildings around this square.
Then we will visit Jaen Boulevard the oldest street in the city, later we visit the neighborhood of Sopocachi, considered as the Bohemian area of La Paz, place of museums, coffee shops, bars and pubs. In Sopocachi, we visit the beautiful look out point view of Monticulo where we will have a wonderful view of the southern and east side of the city then we will walk around the streets where we will observe the urban street art exposed in this beautiful neighborhood.
Afterwards we visit the famous cable car transportation, we take the yellow line, the gray line and the red line then we visit the General cemetery where we visit this interesting destination where we will observe amazing graffiti related with the traditional local culture of La Paz related with death and life. Afterwards we will visit the witches market where we will discover the secrets and traditions of the local culture of La Paz. Finally we will have a spicy culinary experience where we will get a culinary traditional experience with organic typical food of Bolivia.
