ITINERARY
Day 1 – Infinite Reflections & Sunset in the Heart of the Salt Flat
After meeting in Uyuni (airport or bus terminal), your guided photography experience begins, led by a professional photographer.
The journey starts with a brief stop at the Train Cemetery and Colchani village, perfect for capturing local life and textures.
Then, you’ll enter the Uyuni Salt Flats, transformed into a massive mirror by the seasonal water layer. We explore accessible areas in search of the best reflection angles and perspective shots. If conditions allow, we visit Incahuasi Island or Fish Island.
In the late afternoon, enjoy a stunning sunset photography session on the salt flats.
Important: Depending on weather conditions, and only if there is no full moon, we may return later that night for an unforgettable stargazing photography session, capturing stars reflected in the mirror-like surface.
👉 If we do stargazing, we do not return at sunrise the next day.
Overnight stay at a salt hotel in Uyuni (private room with bathroom).
Day 2 – Golden Sunrise & Unlimited Creativity
If the night conditions didn’t allow for stargazing, we return at dawn for a sunrise session, capturing the golden morning light reflected on the landscape—perfect for serene, artistic shots.
Later in the morning, enjoy a second creative photo session using props and suggestions from the photographer to enhance perspective and storytelling.
We explore new zones of the salt flats, depending on water levels, and fine-tune capture techniques.
After the session, return to Uyuni. Drop-off available at your hotel or the bus terminal.
🌌 Important: You will experience either stargazing or sunrise, not both. The choice depends entirely on weather conditions and moonlight. Your guide will adjust the itinerary to offer the best conditions for photography.
